Join us on Saturday, October 3rd from 6:30-8pm for A Sound Bath Amongst the Plants w/ Grace Duong!🌱✨ ___ Join Grace Duong 〰️ artist, author, sound healer, Reiki Master, and creator of Mystic Mondays for an immersive sound bath designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for deep rest and renewal. We’ll begin with an exclusive tarot card pull, giving each participant a chance to connect with a card and set an intention for the experience ahead. From there, Grace will guide you into a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, sound, vibration, and guided intention. You’ll have the opportunity to simply relax, receive, and allow yourself to be supported by the sounds. No prior meditation or sound healing experience is needed!
