California Wine Month: Food & Wine pairing Dinner

Join us to celebrate California Wine Month in September at Restaurant 1793. Chef Chris brings refined technique, seasonal creativity, and respect for ingredients to an elevated chef-driven dining experience to South Jersey. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, he honed his craft at respected Philadelphia-area kitchens including the Union League of Philadelphia and June BYOB, shaping a cuisine rooted in modern American flavors and regional influences. Join us and enjoy a thoughtfully curated evening of courses paired with exceptional wines from one of the world’s iconic wine regions, where I will be pouring some of the iconic wines as well as single vineyard wines to create a memorable experience!
