Espresso 101

Espresso 101 is a hands-on introductory class focused on dialing in espresso and learning how extraction affects flavor. You’ll work directly on the espresso machine, pulling multiple shots and adjusting grind, timing, and dose while tasting along the way. You’ll leave with a repeatable process for making balanced espresso at home. Class size is capped at 6. Beginner friendly. No prior experience needed.
