Flow & Florals

Flow & Florals is a feel good yoga experience set on a peaceful private area of the farm surrounded by nature and good energy. We’ll move through a gentle 60 minute grounding flow, connect with like minded hearts, and slow down in a way that feels nourishing and easy. After practice, you’ll head to the bouquet bar where you’ll create your own floral arrangement to take home as a little reminder of the day and the growth that can happen during this season. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, inspired, and a little more connected to yourself and the people around you. I’d love to meet you there!
