Flow & Flourish

Join us for Flow & Flourish on Friday, July 17th for a holistic escape in the woods of Exton. We’ll gather at 6:30 pm at @thefoxdenwellness with @mindfulldc for an outdoor 45 min flow to restore (all levels welcome) and sound bath by Undercurrent Sound Hesling Once we’ve moved our bodies in the cool of the evening we’ll come together for a communal dining experience at @crossgablesestate for a seasonal sunset feast featuring four plant-based, Peruvian inspired & celiac-safe courses.
