Free Lymphatic Sculpt Pop-up!

If you’ve been wanting to check out Lymphatic Sculpt here’s your sign! On June 30th at 12pm at Health House in Richboro, I’ll be teaching a free pop-up class for anyone & everyone! Class begins with breath activation and lymphatic system preparation. We will then move into stretching, and light rebounding. From there we take it into our sculpt flow, with slow and controlled full body movements and exercises. We finish class with a light stretching, breath work, a juice shot, and a cold lavender towel!
