Wellness Fair at Flex Chesterbrook 851 Duportail Rd Chesterbrook, Pa 19097 Join us for an inspiring afternoon centered around community, connection, and a full 360-degree approach to wellness. The Wellness Fair at Flex is designed to bring people together through experiences that feel restorative, energizing, grounding, and meaningful. Throughout the event, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy live 20-minute movement classes, including yoga, pilates/barre fusion, and dance. Guests can also attend inspiring wellness talks in Presentation Room A and Presentation Room B, featuring conversations around integrative medicine, intuition and leadership, redefining success, and whole-body wellness. The main floor will feature relaxing and restorative wellness experiences, including aura readings, red light therapy, recovery services, physical therapy, chiropractic care, boutique shopping, self-care products, and more. This event is all about creating space to pause, reconnect, and discover what wellness means to you, while building meaningful connections with others in the community.
