Greek Food & Wine pairing dinner

In our series on “Flavors Around the World”, we are featuring Greek-themed wine pairing dinner, where a 4-course dinner will be paired with 4 distinct wines from Greece along with a welcome drink! To start off the evening, we will be serving Retsina & Tonic, my take on Gin & Tonic, to showcase one of the classic wine styles of Greece that goes back hundreds of years! I will be pouring some classic Greek wines (from indigenous grapes) that have put Greece on the wine map of the World.
