Group Collage Class

Soul Fly Club Presents: A Group Collage Class We invite the community into an evening of collective making, reflection, and play through a group collage workshop centered on storytelling and experimentation. Participants will work with a shared library of magazines, photographs, paper ephemera, textiles, and found materials to create personal and collaborative collage works in an open studio environment. Rooted in accessibility and creative exploration, this workshop encourages participants of all skill levels to slow down, connect, and build visual narratives through cutting, layering, and assemblage. Alongside music and conversation, the class becomes a space for community gathering, artistic expression, and imaginative exchange. The workshop reflects Soul Fly Club’s ongoing commitment to cultivating creative spaces for Black, queer, and interdisciplinary artists while honoring collage as both an artistic practice and archival tool. All materials will be provided, though participants are welcome to bring personal photos, writings, or found objects to incorporate into their work. All materials included!
