You’ll learn how to refine your palate through a guided sensory evaluation of appearance, aroma, and flavor, and discover the art of pairing cider to elevate any culinary experience. Hear the rich agricultural stories behind the foods and drinks we enjoy and explore how soil, climate, and place shape their character. Sample thoughtfully sourced honey, chocolate, olive oil, or hard cider, each chosen to showcase distinct landscapes.
