Herb-Infused Sound Bath

Join Allie for our monthly Sound Bath. This experience will be herb-infused as we explore herbal energetics and aroma therapy. An herb will be chosen and we will discuss its themes, energy, and healing properties. These elements will be a part of our breathwork as we set intentions before we lay down for our sound healing experience. Allie will then guide you through a vibrational journey with gong, crystal singing bowls, vocals, tuning forks, chimes, and more. Our journey will end with the opportunity for reflection through journaling. Receive a small herbal gift when you attend!
