Intro to Beaded Embroidery

Ready to add beading to your embroidery practice? Bead embroidery is a great way to add color and texture to your artwork. In this workshop, we’re taking it a step further, and beading the entire piece! Join us for an afternoon of embroidery and create a beaded appliqué inspired by traditional tattoo flash that can be attached to a canvas pouch, a tote bag, a denim jacket, or sneakers. We will have a canvas pouch or tote bag if you’d like (included in the cost of the class) or you can bring your favorite article of clothing or accessory piece to add the applique to.
