Making Medicine with Local Herbs

Join us for an evening of making medicine with local herbs! We will explore the medicinal qualities of 5 local herbs to make medicine with. We will work with: Smartweed Elderberry Echinacea Passionflower Broadleaf Plantain From these herbs we will make tincture, healing salve, and infused oil. We will also provide dried elderberry and instructions for how to make an elderberry oxymel. Herbal tea will be shared during class. You will also receive a miniature notebook for taking notes.
