A new month is upon us, and slowly the season changing. We can’t wait to meet YOU and a friend along your design journey. Be curious, learn something new, explore design, and exercise those creativity 💪🏽 muscles! 🗓️ March Design It Yourself (DIY): PUNCH CARDS Have you been able to keep up with this year’s goals? Designing your own set of punch cards may be helpful, only available during OPEN GYM. // $10, have it ready when you arrive with advance purchase. 💪🏽Wednesday to Friday, 2-5PM: OPEN GYM* Drop-in hours for co-working, inspiration, or a creative reset. // Walk-Ins Welcome, Pay-what-you-wish (suggested $10-20), included in membership 📚 Friday, 10:30AM + 3:30PM: Storytime + Design* Afternoon times we welcome youth designers to be guest readers. Age range of books vary, design exercises for all. // No registration required 🛠️ Wednesday, March 11, 6-8PM: Skill Swap Club An exchange network for neighbors to trade skills or expertise without money. A @joinphilly, @cmphiladelphia club + community. This month’s “show and share” is from photographer @pjagbay (consider bringing your 📷), then we will mingle/exchange, work on a “current” project, and don’t forget to bring a snack 🥨 // FREE to attend, registration required. 🖊️ Friday, March 13 , 12:30-3:30/5:30PM: SCHOOL AGE STUDIO Another @phillyschools half-day is upon us and our youth designers will explore beads and jewelry design for studio. // $45-$65 🟣 Tuesday, March 24, 6-8PM: Design 101 - Beginning in Empathy (first step in design thinking) Our 101 Series continues, no doodads/pieces will be made, purely a session to know process and tools. We welcome designer Veronicà Ayala-Flores along with founder + head coach Erike. // $25 🛑 Studio closed March 30-April 3. 🌅 Beginning April 8, OPEN GYM returns to 2:00-6:00PM.
