Pasta Making Workshop

Join us for a fun and interactive BYOB Fall pasta-making class featuring antipasto, two handmade pastas and sauces, and dessert! Welcome! Chef Edward Strojan invites you to attend his special Fall pasta-making class at AR Workshop in Turnersville. In this hands-on experience, guests will learn how to make two of Chef Ed's favorite seasonal pasta dishes from scratch (butternut squash gnocchi with herbed brown butter sauce and pumpkin tortellini with Parmigiano cream sauce) that can be recreated at home with confidence.
