Pilates with Pride

Happy Pride Month! My name is Rowan, and I am a recent graduate of the Peak Pilates Comprehensive Classical Level 1 Pilates Teacher Certification. I am hosting a special mat-class 'Pilates with Pride' event on June 27th at 10 AM. Join me for ‘Pilates with Pride,’ a 45-minute mat class meant to celebrate you and your personal identity, sexuality, age, race, etc. love who you are with intentional movement that meets you where you are! Move With Pride and meet me on the mat. No experience required, all levels encouraged (seriously, this will be beginner-friendly), all you need to bring is yourself! Any questions or concerns?
