Originally from Colombia, Felipe has spent the last 14 years honing his craft and creating desserts that are as beautiful as they are memorable. After his time at Cake Life in Fishtown, he is now pursuing his dream with Sweet Symphony Cakes in creating one-of-a-kind unique cakes and treats. Known for intricate sugar flowers, imaginative designs, and desserts that tell a story, Felipe creates edible works of art that celebrate creativity, connection, and the natural world.
