Ease into your weekend miles with intention. Restore Before the Run is a donation-based restorative yoga class designed specifically for runners looking to improve mobility, prevent injury, & support recovery. This slow, grounding practice will focus on gently opening the hips & hamstrings-two areas that often hold tension & limit performance. Through supported postures & longer holds, you’ll create space in the body, improve flexibility, & leave feeling balanced, restored, & ready to move. Whether you’re participating in the Broad Street Run or not, this class is an opportunity to care for your body & support a powerful cause. 100% of proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
