
Rooftop Fitness
Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants, combining a variety of movement patterns and exercise styles to work all major muscle groups. The specific format may vary (think: circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs, HIIT, burnouts, etc.) and you'll use different combinations of equipment and bodyweight each time you join! We provide all equipment and have an inventory of kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, barbells, agility tools, and more ~ all you need is comfortable clothing, water, an open mind, and your GRIT. You'll want to bring your mat, towel, and water or rent/purchase at the studio. The rooftop gets quite warm so please plan accordingly with sunscreen, hats, towels, and sunglasses!
