Rooftop Yoga

Be guided through a flowing sequence that links breath with movement while feeding your inner FIRE. Opportunities for modifications are offered, and all levels are welcome! You'll want to bring your mat, towel, and water or rent/purchase at the studio. The rooftop gets quite warm so please plan accordingly with sunscreen, hats, towels, and sunglasses!
