Root & Create - Yoga & Watercolor Workshop

Join us for Root & Create — a Mother’s Day Yoga + Watercolor Workshop at 7th Street Studios 🌿🌸 This special, cozy workshop is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create something meaningful. We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow (30 minutes) to help you unwind, clear your mind, and settle into the present moment. From there, you’ll be guided through a short reflection to connect with who you’d like to create for—whether that’s your mom, yourself, or someone special in your life. We’ll then transition into a relaxed watercolor card-making session, where you’ll create a heartfelt, handmade card.
