
Rope Yoga ~ Solo Full Moon Flow
Come join for a unique experience combining yoga with rope! This month, we’ll be doing a solo flow themed around the full moon, with lots of hip opening and room for reflection and intention setting. Class time: Sunday, May 31st 12-2pm What is rope yoga? Rope yoga involves tying ropes to your wrists and ankles and using the ropes to deepen your poses, almost like a strap in a traditional yoga class. How to join: This class is priced on a $10-30 sliding scale. Reserve your spot by venmoing @/mbodyphl with your name and "rope yoga 5/31" or message me ahead of time and bring cash day of! Please note that this class is capped at 20 people. What to bring: ✨ Mat ✨ 4 ropes (~15ft suggested, but 30ft will work too!) ✨ Water ✨ Your beautiful self! There will be limited rope and mats available for shared use. We ask that participants are familiar with a single column tie - if you have questions, please message and we can point you towards some videos to learn! There will also be several people experienced in rope on hand to check knots on the day. This will be an all levels flow with opportunities to modify poses throughout!
