Rotating Rooftop Series: Soul

It’s time to tune into your body and connect with your SOUL! In this yoga class, expect an invigorating sequence that accommodates all levels of practice with various options, amplifications and modifications. This class is the perfect opportunity to find new challenges OR take what you need. You'll want to bring your mat, towel, and water or rent/purchase at the studio. The rooftop gets quite warm so please plan accordingly with sunscreen, hats, towels, and sunglasses!
