Sip & Sculpt: Rise, Grind and Align

Come ready to sip, sculpt, and connect! Sip & Sculpt is back this fall for another elevated wellness experience combining movement, community, and all things South Jersey + Philadelphia. Our first Sip & Sculpt event sold out with 65 attendees, and we’re so excited to expand this experience for our next event! This time, we’re opening up 100 spots so even more of you can come sculpt, shop, and spend an afternoon with us. Sip & Sculpt — Fall Edition Founded by fitness creator, Kaitlyn McVeigh, and Certified Pilates Instructor, Robert Rosenheim, Sip & Sculpt was created to combine movement, confidence, and connection in one elevated wellness experience. Join us on Saturday, October 24th at True Fitness in Cherry Hill, NJ for a full-body sculpt mat Pilates class followed by a curated gifting and shopping experience featuring wellness brands and local South Jersey + Philadelphia businesses. Expect a challenging but beginner-friendly Pilates class set to a fiery playlist featuring pop, hip hop, and house tracks, followed by a two-hour social experience where you can shop local vendors, grab coffee, explore our gifting suite, meet new people, and enjoy all of the fun extras we have planned. Event Timeline 12:30 PM — Check-In 1:00–2:00 PM — Sip & Sculpt Pilates Class 2:00–4:00 PM — Gifting Suite + Social Experience Included in your ticket: • 60-minute full-body sculpt mat Pilates class led by Robert to a fiery playlist featuring pop, hip hop, and house tracks • Pilates grip socks from Elliosa • Cold plunge experience by Sweathouz • Goodness Bowls treats • Customized skincare kit + self-love cards from Glow and Grow Aesthetics • A goodie bag filled with fun products from top wellness brands including LMNT, SaltStick, Nuun Hydration, Recess Mocktails, Bloom, WaterBoy and more coming soon! • A chance to bring home a wellness-inspired prize from our raffle featuring 10+ giveaways • Resistance bands to continue your workouts at home • Curated coffees during the post-class social experience • Photo opportunities • The opportunity to meet and connect with new people during our post-class social hour Shop Local: We’re bringing together some of our favorite South Jersey + Philadelphia local businesses for an afternoon of shopping, wellness, and fun!
