Somatic breath work @ sound bath
Somatic Breathwork is an intentional practice of slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with yourself. Through subtle, conscious breathing, we invite the nervous system to settle—creating space to notice what the body is holding and explore the patterns, emotions, and beliefs that shape how we move through life. There’s nothing to force or achieve. It’s an opportunity to get curious, listen inward, and create space for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual shifts. Rooted in compassion and curiosity, this practice invites you to simply breathe, feel, notice, and explore. Join us for Somatic Breathwork at Social Beings. 🌿 Somatic Breathwork is a self-generative process of following somatic prompts from the body to sort through what's underneath the ways in which we show up. We start by asking "How would I prefer to feel? What do I want to create in my life? Where in my life do I want to make a difference?" By envisioning what we actually desire life to feel like, we start to sort out what’s unconsciously in the way of living that way. Other times we realize there is nothing standing in the way of living the life we dream of and it clears the path to charge forward with confidence! It’s amazing what we see clearly when we ask ourselves questions and give ourselves time to sit with them. Incredible shifts happen when we witness our own experience in a non-judgmental and curious place.
