Storytime Yoga at Stoneleigh Gardens

Join us for Family Storytime Yoga in the gardens at Stoneleigh! Storytime Yoga is a holistic approach to both story time and yoga that honors the understanding that play is vital to a child’s development. Each class is based on a children’s book with the themes of the book being woven into playful yoga- inspired movement, stories, music, breath work and relaxation techniques. Storytime Yoga will provide an opportunity for children to explore themselves, the world around them, and their imaginations through mindful movement and children’s literature. Storytime Yoga is an engaging class designed for caregivers and their children ages 18 months to 5 years.
