Wellness Day for Endometriosis

Spend the afternoon with women who understand exactly what you're dealing with. You'll hear from an endometriosis surgeon and other endo-aware specialists in warm, honest talks where every question is welcome. Then you'll move through a yin yoga and savasana session made for pelvic wellness, and get a mini-massage to release the tension you're used to holding. We'll finish over light refreshments in community with other women living with endo, where nobody needs anything explained. You'll take home a wellness goodie bag to keep caring for yourself after the day ends. Tickets are $149. You deserve to feel good.
