Set against the picturesque backdrop of Rockford Park, this three-day outdoor festival features: Plants & Blooms: Beautiful flowers, annuals, perennials, and garden decor. -Local Shopping & Food: Dozens of artisan craft vendors and local food trucks. -Family Entertainment: Carnival rides, live music performances, and interactive activities. -Beer Garden: A shaded spot to relax and enjoy refreshments. Operated by thousands of dedicated volunteers, the Flower Market is more than a seasonal festival—it is a mission to direct 100% of proceeds to programs benefiting Delaware’s children.
