Come kickoff football season with an Eagles themed rooftop Grit class! Grab your mat and meet us on the roof (or rent one of ours.) You can expect a full body workout combining a variety of movement patterns and exercises to work all major muscle groups. We recommend bringing your mat, water, and towel! ...GO BIRDS! You'll want to bring your mat, towel, and water or rent/purchase at the studio. The rooftop gets quite warm so please plan accordingly with sunscreen, hats, towels, and sunglasses!
