Free Outdoor Community Class

Join us for a free outdoor 45 minute barre3 signature class in the Handels Plaza in Berwyn! A barre3 class is a full-body workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness to help you feel strong, balanced, and energized. Registration is required as space is limited. Sign up in the barre3 app. Registration opens 2 weeks before the event. Please bring your own mat!
