Full Moon Circle

Join Jody and Michaline on Tuesday, November 24th at 7pm for an intimate evening of tea, light bites, sound, reflection and connection as we gather in our beautiful space beneath the energy of the full moon. The evening will center around release, reflection and making space for what comes next. Through guided prompts, journaling, tea, light nourishment and the soothing vibrations of sound, we'll create an opportunity to reflect on what you've been carrying, acknowledge what has served its purpose, and gently release what you're ready to leave behind. You'll be guided through a series of thoughtful reflections and journal prompts, followed by a beautiful sound experience using our collection of sound instruments. We'll share tea and light bites, settle into stillness, and allow the evening to unfold without pressure or expectation. Space is limited for this intimate gathering.
