Mini + Me Pilates is coming to Root & Rise in Medford! 🤍 Join Mini + Me Pilates by Sam Shay and The Village Marlton Moms for a beautiful morning of movement, connection and community in the outdoor space at Root & Rise. We’ll begin with a 35-minute, all-levels mat Pilates class designed for parents and caregivers with their little ones right beside them. Your mini can participate, play, cuddle or simply stay close while you enjoy an intentional workout focused on strength and movement. After class, stay and connect with other local moms while enjoying the beautiful space.
