Morning flow🧘♀️

Join us at the Dublin town center for a morning yoga session followed by coffee at Farm to Toast! At 12, the shops will be hosting a sip & stroll. Coffee and the sip and shop are both optional but I encourage you to stay if you can to make some new friends! Everyone will receive wellness related items and if you decide to stay for the sip & shop, one of the stores will be offering us discounts!
