Pilates & Pinot

your 45 minute class will be all levels beginner - advanced. modifications and amplifications will be provided!! just bring yourself and a water bottle. mats, equipment, etc. will be provided! after class enjoy a glass of pinot gris from the lovely local vineyard and winery @pieriwinery , a charcuterie cup, and a wine glass stem charm making station! booking will be through @sanctuarywellnessstudio on their app/website/ you can click the link in my bio, but you do NOT have to be a member to join, everyone is welcome!! However, if you are a member, you get $5 off!
