Give yourself permission to pause. Join Earthshine Holistics at Cozy Corner Counseling for an intimate tea and breathwork experience created to help you slow down and reconnect. Choose from three thoughtfully brewed herbal blends as you settle into a peaceful space and learn how intentional breathing can support calm and greater self-awareness. You’ll then be guided through a grounding breathwork practice followed by quiet reflection. No experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself the space to breathe. Space is intentionally limited to 10 guests per session.
